Return Flight to many major cities in Australia - 1 available in MORTDALE, New South Wales for sale

I am selling my right to redeem return tickets to all major cities in Australia because I won't have time before my right to redeem expires next month.
See photos for examples of flight you can get and see the below F&Q. This is a great deal without any hidden conditions. Just make sure you spend time to read before asking me any quesiton.
Q1 What's for sale?
A1 Up for auction is one return ticket flying Virgin Australia Economy.
Q2 What about luggage?
A2 The fare is a saver fare, which includes 23kg of luggage, but does not offer change of flights or cancellations.
Q3 So where can I fly?
Q3 Origin major city and the destinations available from that city.

Q4 How to make the most of it?
A4 The best offers are from Perth, where you can save hundreds of a return fare up to the mining areas or to the east coast.
A return ticket for Karratha for example costs over $600 on most days.
Q5 Can I fly east to west?
A5 Please note, that although you can fly from Perth to Melbourne and back to Perth, you cannot fly from Melbourne to Perth and back to Melbourne.
The available routes depends on your origination city (Refer to Anser #3).
Q6 What times and dates are the flights?
A6 You can check flights available on the Virgin Australia website.
Q7 How can I check availability?
A7 Availability is generally pretty good, and similar to frequent flyer programs, redemption becomes harder during school holidays, special events, public holidays etc.
Best to book as far in advance as possible. You can book up to 6 months in advance.
Due to the lack of an automated booking system, I have to call them up to check and redeem flights, therefore I cannot check beforehand.
Q8 Why can't I book myself?
A8 Unfortunately this is a flight redemption that is only available to me and not a coupon, so I have to personally make the booking.
Q9 What happens if I decide to buy?
A9 Contact me before 7 November with the preferred date, time and destination details with your phone number.
After I confirm tha availblity, please make a payment to my paypal / bank transfer. Once I received your payment, I will attempt to book the flight when the business office is open. (Monday-Friday)
Q10 If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
A10 After you have made a payment and I booked the flight for you, no refund can be made. However, if your flight isn't available, I will refund your payment via Paypal for you.
Q11 How do I know the tickets are legit?
A11 You will be provided an email itinerary.
For added comfort, the itinerary can also be confirmed on www.virtuallythere.com a central flight confirmation database.
You should also be able to confirm this with Virgin as well.
Q12 Can I choose my seats?
A12 Yes, just like any airline ticket you can check-in online and choose your seat, or at the airport on the day.
Q13 Do you have another ticket available?
A13 Unfortunately not at the moment, but maybe next year, keep an eye out.
Q14 Does my flight has to be wihtin this November?
A14 The booking must be made by 7 Nov but the travelling date can be whever available.
